How do I make an appointment?
The most accurate way to make an appointment is to call the dealership and speak with our appointment clerk. She is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
My appointment was at 7:30...why is my vehicle not in?
All of our appointments are for the DAY. We ask you to bring your vehicle in between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM in order to accurately plan our daily work flow.
How long will this take?
Your diagnosis/repair will begin when the appropriately trained technician is available. When you vehicle has been diagnosed and warranty coverage/approval is obtained, we will then take the needed steps to repair your concern. This may include ordering parts.
How long does it take to get parts?
Special Order Parts are shipped in two ways:
PS RED: One to two business days, customer pays freight with this opiton.
STOCK ORDER: Seven to 10 business days, no freight.
Is my repair covered under warranty?
Warranty coverage is not guaranteed. Manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years or 36,0000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty repair coverage is determined at the completion of diagnosis.
What is the difference between Factory Warranty and My Service Contract?
Factory warranty is provided by the manufacturer and goes with the vehicle. A Service Contract is additional warranty coverage purchased by you, the owner, and does not transfer with the vehicle.
Does Gene's provide a loaner during my repairs?
No, we are unable to provide a loaner vehicle; however, we do have a complimentary local Shuttle Service to and from work.
My car is under warranty, why can I not get a free rental?
FCA Basic warranty does not provide rental car benefits. However, it does make rental assistance exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Rental assistance follows a strict set of guidelines and does not provide rental assistance while the vehicle is waiting to be seen.

These vehicles are scheduled in for our next available appointment date. However, we will fit the vehicle in as soon as possible.
How much will this cost?
Cost will depend on the repair. Repair costs include the following: Diagnostic time, repair time, parts cost, and shop supply fees. All repairs are based on All Data repair guide, unless covered under warranty.
Maintaining My Vehicle
Your owner's manual provides a maintenance guide for properly maintaining your vehicle.
We always suggest you call in advance to schedule your repair visit.
Our Service Department operates off a scheduling system that allows us to schedule a reasonable amount of work that can be completed in one day. Remember, if you wait until the last minute, we may not be able to schedule your vehicle for the day you would like.
If you have a number of items to be addressed, please be prepared to leave your vehicle for more than one day.
Even though you drop your vehicle off in the morning, your repairs may not be started until later in the afternoon. There are many variables that determine the order of work, and at times what appears to be a simple diagnosis, turns into hours of unforeseen repairs. Therefore, we ask that you allow us the entire day to repair your vehicle.
